It’s now 17 years since I took up running, and 15 years since I completed my first Tokyo Marathon.
Little did I know then how it would come to change my life.

Below you’ll find a selection of posts highlighting the technology I’ve used, and the adventures I’ve had as I’ve shared the experience first hand of running Japan’s biggest race.

Joseph's 16th annual live-streamed TOKYO MARATHON will take place on Sunday March 2nd 2025.

In 2025, for the first time ever, he will not stream the entire race - just the last section, from around 12.30pm JST.

Why?! He's curious what it's like to run a full marathon without live streaming. But! You can still tune in for the last few kilometers live on Facebook
